Digital Manga Publishing will be bringing Izumi Kawachi, manga-ka of Enchanter, to celebrate the launch of her highly anticipated title. Stop by the DMP booth to pick up a copy of Enchanter Volume 1 and a limited edition convention poster! She will also be having a panel and autograph session at AX.
About Izumi Kawachi
Born 3/29 in Osaka prefecture, Izumi Kawachi has an indiscriminate love for all things cute. She participated in the creation of "Comic Party," but is most well known in Japan for her current mega-hit series ENCHANTER, whose 10th volume has just been released in her home country. She likes to sleep, watch movies, and play video games. These days she hasn't been getting out much because of her increasing work load - but she figures she might as well put her all into her job for as long as she's lucky enough to have any work.
After publishing several one-shot stories, begins serialization of ENCHANTER, in Square Enix's monthly comic magazine Gangan WING. In May 2006, she began the serialization of SAI DRILL in the same magazine, while continuing her work on ENCHANTER.
